More than ever, in our current political climate, we need good examples of productive, civil public debate. Debate for Democracy is an event organized by the First Selectman's Youth Commission that fulfills this role; a presidential-style debate hosted at town hall, between students, on the future of affordable housing -- an issue relevant to our town and our country. Help change the way we talk out our differences in America. Debate for Democracy will be taking place on Wednesday, March 6th at 6PM at Greenwich Town Hall.
