Annual Meeting Materials

The Keynote Speaker is Mark Contreras - CEO of CT Public presenting: "The Role of Public Media in Rebuilding Journalism." CT Public is the Connecticut affiliate of the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) and National Public Radio (NPR). Studies have shown that trusted local journalism is an essential part of our civic infrastructure. We will learn from Mark about CT Public’s efforts to rebuild local journalism across our state, including its renewed focus on serving Fairfield County. See below for Mark's bio.

Our evening is an acknowledgement of the hard work of so many of our volunteers. This year we are presenting the 2022 Mary Award to Nancy Duffy and the 2022 Burnett Award to Helaine Winer in recognition of their contributions to the LWV Greenwich. Please see our award page for information on the awards, Nancy and Helaine's bios and the past award recipients.

We look forward to celebrating with you.
